RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Applications Engineer you will work in a team to offer superb technical support and assistance to Data Physics customers. The product range will include dynamic signal analyzers, vibration controllers and shakers. You will be responsible for pre- and post-sales support for your region. Your job will include customer interaction, trouble shooting, test set up and verification, demonstrations, training, both web based and in class room settings, contributing to a FAQ data base and technical writing of manuals and application notes etc.
You will manage customer contact information and activity through Data Physics CRM system to assure a continuing high level of customer satisfaction. You will be collaborating closely with Sales and Engineering to deliver customer feedback to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
You are expected to have sufficient technical background to develop a deep understanding of the technology of the products, and be able to apply the products to different customer problems. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is customer oriented with good communication and presentation skills.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
The candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and at least 2 years’ experience.
