  Hi,

  I am looking for a non contact vibration probe (not eddy current displacement probe) to sense vibration acceleration or velocity up to 5kHz frequency response.  The probe shoud be preferably sleek and compact and reasonably priced to be used in a test rig.  I checked Laser vibrometers but they are bulky. 

   

  Please help me if you know any source

  • Laser - Triangulation Method
  • Laser - Spectral Interference Method
  • Laser - Time of Flight
  • Fiber Optic (e.g. Philtec)
  • Ultrasonic
  • High Speed Camera (need large displacement and/or microscope)
  • Laser full field methods

   

  VELOCITY

  • Particle Velocity Probe - Temperature method (e.g. Microflown)
  • Particle Velocity Microphones

   

  ACCELERATION

  • I don't know of any

  Hello Rao,

  we are presently working on a capacitive type displacemenet and vibration sensor. IEPE powered.

  Several size in smooth barrel as well as threaded housings. How close can the sensor be positioned to the test object?
