The Quality Manager shall be responsible for: Managing all aspects of the Quality and Calibration Departments to accomplish company objectives and goals. Plan, organize and coordinate a team of inspectors and technicians to support all departments. Sensor technologies include piezoelectric, capacitive, strain-gage, MEMS, wire-wound and other types, along with the associated support electronics and cable assemblies.
Actively manage both departments utilizing project management techniques to ensure milestones are met and goals are achieved. Responsible for product quality control for the plant; detect adverse Quality trends to install corrective actions to reverse trends identified. Maintain Quality Management Systems effectively and evaluate existing staff to get maximum performance and value. Actively recruit additional talent as needed. Support customer issues, production issues, quality issues and take appropriate actions for sustaining existing products that are crucial to cash flow.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of Quality and Calibration personnel, including performance evaluations.
Implement project management strategies, including milestones.
Recruitment of Quality and Calibration personnel.
Interface effectively with Customers, Quality Systems Registrars, and Accreditation Representatives.
Maintain ongoing quality improvement efforts.
Provide leadership and technical support to team members.
Work on a multi-departmental basis to accomplish departmental goals.
Budget management.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree required. Alternate 10-year minimum progressive Quality related job experience. Associate level business management education preferred, but not required
Minimum of 10 years total of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5 years as a development Quality Manager and a minimum of 3 years as a manager
Must be a US Citizen.
Knowledge working with budgets/capital expenditures.
Strong background in AS9100 and ISO-17025 Quality Systems.
Communication skills both verbal and written.
Computer knowledge Excel and MS Office
Knowledge of ITAR and Defense Department regulations a plus.
Strong knowledge of products, processes, and industry in order to make solid judgments on improvements and priorities.

We require an enthusiastic and talented technical sales engineer to drive our sales efforts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform pre-calibration and final calibration for all units in a work order.
Calculate the required value of components in order to comply with specifications.
Work with production assemblers to assigned the correct component value.
Performed all required test per traveler or test instructions such as drop shock, high “g”test, phase response, hermeticity, T.C., sensitivity, bias, etc.
Issue a calibration certificate for every unit calibrated.
Knowledge of Dytran product and exhibit technical competency to train less experienced technicians
Distribute work according to, on time delivery schedule
Interface with supervision and engineering when needed
Follow the Organizational chart for all company functions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
All calibration Technicians must have knowledge of the electronic principals (Ohms Law, Electronic Definitions, Resistance, frequency, period, series, parallel, AC and DC voltages) and the ability to utilized measuring equipment such as Oscilloscope, digital voltmeter, frequency generator, and frequency counter. It also required arithmetic, calculus and algebra skills. Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 17025 required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Education: AS-AA preferred or 5 years industry experience equivalent.
